Ms. Paola, one of our 6th grade ELL students, worked with Ms. J over the last few weeks to create these multicultural showcases next to the elementary main office! One of them is titled "Positivity Around the World" and the other is called "Languages of the Comets."
Each showcase has buttons attached that will read aloud different phrases in foreign languages, with the translations included as well.
Gracias Paola for the unique project! The kids have been loving pressing the buttons as they walk through the halls.

Please help us welcome Ms. Morgan Simons, new Kindergarten teacher at the elementary! Ms. Simons has started working with Mrs. Allen and they will work together through the end of the semester to ensure a smooth transition for the students in her room. It is clear Ms. Simons has a love for students and a strong understanding of the strategies it takes to help them learn and grow.
Thank you to Mrs. Allen who has done an outstanding job in the classroom for the first half of the year. We are also lucky that she is still our Interventionist and continues to be part of the team.
